Job Description
What does your day-to-day look like?
- Entering reservations (individuals/groups)
- Sending invoices and handling reminders
- Email and phone communication
- Coordination with the Front Office and Housekeeping
- Managing OTA (Online Travel Agency) portals
- Cross-team thinking and collaboration
- Enjoying your work
