Your tasks – what awaits you
- You are the first-level contact for our employees and our customers regarding IT problems.
- You will provide on-site and remote support with IT inquiries and technical challenges at our Berlin Mitte, Berlin Marzahn, and Potsdam locations. Your primary work location will be in Berlin Mitte.
- You support the integration of new technologies and the implementation of IT projects.
- You are responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure at your locations.
- Your diverse range of tasks is rounded off by the documentation and inventory of IT end devices.
Your profile – what you bring with you
Are you tech-savvy and experienced in helping with IT problems? Then join us! Career changers with some professional experience as IT Supporters (m/f/d) are also welcome.
- You have successfully completed vocational training in the IT field.
- You have excellent general IT knowledge, particularly in the Microsoft environment, and a genuine passion for solution-oriented IT concepts.
- You are characterized by a high degree of service and customer orientation.
- You work reliably, team-oriented and independently.
- You have very good German skills (min. C1) and English skills.
- You are willing to travel between the locations in Berlin and Potsdam to provide on-site support as needed.
