WHAT DOES YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE LOOK LIKE?
  • Welcoming and checking in guests as well as supporting group tours
  • Check-out of departing guests using the hotel’s own system
  • Be an important contact person for guests and respond efficiently to inquiries and complaints
  • Always be informed about all products, services, prices and special promotions of the hotel as well as current VIPs and special events
  • Maximizing revenue through upselling and marketing programs
  • General telephone tasks and accepting reservations
  • Professional appearance, especially with regard to hospitality and guest service
  • Responsible handling of incoming payments
