Your tasks – what awaits you
- You will be the personal contact person for our participants on site and virtually.
- You are responsible for contract processing and work closely with customer administration and employees at the locations.
- You coordinate all service processes and monitor and control the learning processes.
- Together with your team, you ensure high customer satisfaction by monitoring participant attendance and organizing support services when needed.
- You plan feedback sessions with participants and conduct them independently.
- You prepare for successful course completion and conduct the final interviews.
Your profile – what you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training, preferably in the field of customer service or a comparable qualification.
- You are service- and customer-oriented, work independently, in a structured and reliable manner in order to offer our customers the best possible service.
- You enjoy interacting with people: You are open-minded, expressive, and always find the right words in person, by phone, or by email.
- You are well-organized, able to quickly absorb diverse information, recognize connections, and communicate these in a way that is appropriate for the target group in order to provide our customers with optimal advice.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and basic IT know-how are a given for you and will help you work efficiently and professionally.
