For our location in Hamburg (Hammerbrook)  we are now looking for an employee (m/f/d) in customer service , full-time (40h).

Your tasks – what awaits you

  • You will be the personal contact person for our participants on site and virtually.
  • You are responsible for contract processing and work closely with customer administration and employees at the locations.
  • You coordinate all service processes and monitor and control the learning processes.
  • Together with your team, you ensure high customer satisfaction by monitoring participant attendance and organizing support services when needed.
  • You keep an eye on the exam organization for all participants.
  • You plan feedback sessions with participants and conduct them independently.
  • You prepare for successful course completion and conduct the final interviews.

Your profile – what you bring with you

  • You have completed vocational training, preferably in the field of customer service or a comparable qualification and ideally have pedagogical aptitude according to AEVO.
  • You are service- and customer-oriented, work independently, in a structured and reliable manner in order to offer our participants the best possible service.
  • You enjoy interacting with people: you are open-minded, expressive, communicative and always find the right words in person, by phone or by email.
  • You are well organized, can quickly absorb a wide variety of information, recognize connections and communicate them in a way that is appropriate for the target group.
  • You are a team player and want to become part of an open team.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and basic IT know-how are a given for you and will support you in working efficiently and professionally
