Then join the kitchen team of our renowned client, the restaurant of a family-run country hotel in Cuxhaven, as a cook (f/m/d) during the Advent season. Look forward to the unmistakable scent of the North Sea, the sound of wind and sea, and regional, fresh, and seasonal cuisine in the restaurant.
Your tasks:
- Strengthening the kitchen team
- Filling various positions in the kitchen
- Preparation of cold and warm dishes
- Compliance with specified recipes
- Attractive presentation
- Support in planning & ordering goods
- Acceptance and retrieval of goods from the warehouse
- Instructions from kitchen assistants
- Implementation & documentation of the guidelines of the HACCP concept
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a cook (f/m/d)
- Experience in fine à la carte cuisine
- Craftsmanship & creativity
- Well-groomed appearance & good manners
- Professional & independent working style
- Reliability & teamwork
- Good written and spoken German skills (min. B2)
