What you can look forward to:

Varied training: Since we are not part of a hotel chain and organize and manage everything in-house, we have more departments than chain hotels. This gives you the opportunity to work in several kitchens and departments.

What we are looking forward to:

• at least a good secondary school leaving certificate, but also an Abitur or an equivalent qualification
• the “host gene”: You are passionate and committed – both in dealing with guests and in the team
• good knowledge of English and very good knowledge of German (at least B2)

1st year of training

• Introductory days with trial overnight stay in the hotel

• Preparation for the first part of the final exam
• Training for the additional qualification

3rd year of training

• Young Professional Training, e.g. small talk skills
• Final exam preparation, final exam simulation, shopping cart cooking
• Excursions and tastings
• Trainee projects such as organizing an internal event
• Individual adaptation of the training plan if you already know which department you would like to work in after your training
