For our location in Berlin we are  currently looking for a  working student (m/f/d) in customer service .

Your tasks – what awaits you

As a working student (m/f/d) in customer service, you will be an important part of our team.
Your tasks will be varied and offer you the opportunity to gain in-depth insight into the customer service department of a leading educational company.
 
Your main tasks:
  • You support the coordination of all service processes and handle customer inquiries.
  • You will be the contact person for our participants on site and virtually. 
  • Together with the team, you ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • You will monitor both participant attendance and the learning processes, and organize support services if necessary. 
  • You will help organize the participants’ exams and keep an eye on them.
  • You prepare the course conclusion and the final interviews.

Your profile – what you bring with you

  • You are enrolled as a student at a university or technical college.
  • You are characterized by a service and customer orientation.
  • You work independently, structured and reliably.
  • You enjoy interacting with people: You are open-minded, expressive, communicative, and always find the right words in person, by phone, or by email.
  • You are a team player and want to become part of an open team.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills and basic IT know-how are a given for you and will help you work efficiently and professionally.
