Your tasks – what awaits you
- You care about a positive customer experience in order to inspire our prospects and retain them in the long term.
- You will proactively advise our prospective clients on our diverse educational and coaching offerings, create tailored recommendations, assess job market relevance, and ensure the suitability of prospective clients in order to maximize their continuing education success.
- You will be the central contact person for our prospective students and will provide them with service and solution-oriented support until the start of the course to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- You will represent us at educational fairs and information events for clients and actively contribute to customer acquisition by convincingly presenting our offering.
- You will work independently in a team, participate in conferences and cooperate closely with our employees at various locations to achieve our sales goals together.
Your profile – what you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training and are ready to get started in sales and achieve success.
- Ideally, you have some experience in sales in a service industry and are motivated to further develop your skills.
- You are service- and customer-oriented, work independently, in a structured and reliable manner in order to offer our customers the best possible service.
- You enjoy interacting with people: You are open-minded, expressive, and always find the right words to convince our prospects, whether by phone or email.
- You are well organized, can quickly absorb a wide range of information, recognize connections and communicate these in a way that is appropriate for the target group in order to provide our customers with optimal advice.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and basic IT know-how are a given for you and will help you work efficiently and professionally.
